Had 10 zone Sprinkler system put in front and backyard last July. Luis and crew did outstanding job as far as getting the permits and so forth. Has to call him for a very minor situation They came out promptly and had issue resolved in 2 minutes. Waited till this time to give review as wanted to see how the winter months had any affect. I have nothing but complements for Luis Gonzalez and his crew at Aqua Sprinkler Irrigation. He came out to give me a quote a couple months ago and the quote was detailed so that I could make comparisons with other quotes that I received. I also asked Luis to landscape the backyard which included leveling the ground and laying sod. Luis' quote was very reasonable. This part of our business occurred before all of the rainy season that we had in the DFW area in April-June. So I had to wait until the ground was dry enough to install the sprinkler system. I was willing to wait because I was confident that I had made the right decision in selecting Aqua Sprinkler. When they finally started working, I watched with fascination from my den window as they quickly assembled the system across the yard. The following week they laid sod and set the sprinkler system to care for the new lawn. Since that time, I have had questions twice, and Luis and his crew responded quickly and professionally to make me comfortable. I would recomend them to anyone needing a sprinkler system and/or sod. I got several bids for the sprinkler system… some done online via satellite images, some that took weeks to receive after walking the property, and one from Luis at Aqua. He contacted me right after I listed the job and was able to meet me there (on time) a couple days later. He walked and measured the property and listened to my requests… then put together a system that did everything I wanted using top quality materials. I was surprised when he gave me a quote right then. He has a lot of experience and knows his costs and was able to be competitive with price while offering a more comprehensive system than some others that bid the job. About 3 weeks later he had the utilities marked and showed up (again on time) with his crew and did the job in one day! It works great, they cleaned up my property when they were done, and even the trenching was smaller and less invasive than I thought it would be. Mr Luis and his crew arrived on time and immediately began to work on the installation of my sprinkler system. I just had it installed a couple of hours ago. So far there are no problems and everything worked well during the test run of the system. They did an excellent job on the installation process and cleaning up the area after the installation. Luis is an honest business he shoots straight and gives you a solid bid not over priced compared to his competitors. I will say be patient he is very busy because he is a working owner. He is working installation and sales. He will respond to your text. It will take time to be scheduled. If you have the need for a sprinkler system, you will be making a great choice in contacting Luis and his crew. They got the sprinkler system installed within in 8 hrs and cleaned up any debris that may have been dug up by any equipment used to lay the line for the sprinkers. They were pleasant and Luis did check back with us approximately 2 weeks after insulation to ensure everything was working correctly. This is our very first time to have a sprinkler system. I did not know what to expect. I have actually sat and watched it work twice. My husband didn't want the sprinkler system but has changed his mind. I did not know the ground would be dug up so much to install the pvc pipe and sprinkler heads. The clean up was good except for grey round things from the sprinkler heads and the heavy stones removed from a couple of flower beds. But that gave me the opportunity to clean up those flower beds and transplant more flowers to those areas. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Everything was explained to me on how the sprinkler system operates. I feel that the whole area is getting water! I would highly recommend Aqua irrigation for installation and repair. Luis, the owner, gave a quick quote and and install at an amazing cost with the best equipment. Workers were diligent and cleaned up very well after the install considering we received a downpour as they were completing the work. It was difficult to test the system while it was raining, but they came out later and made the necessary adjustments. Luis installed a wifi controller which is extremely easy to use. I received a quote from Luis back in the Winter and hired them at the end of Spring to install an irrigation system. They did all of the work required by the city (we found out our city has a painful and expensive process bu we didn't have to deal with it at all) and finished the job in 2 days. He walked my husband through the setup before they left. His team didn't leave behind a mess behind and they were polite and professional. I would recommend Aqua Irrigation to anyone thinking about having a sprinkler system installed. After way too many years of watering our lawn by hand, we contacted Aqua Irrigation for a quote. We had received a couple of quotes from other sprinkler installation companies that were hundreds more than the quote we received from Luis. He and his crew arrived a little before 8:00 a.m. the morning of the install. Even though the temperature that day was in the upper nineties, they worked straight through (with the exception of a short lunch break) and managed to complete the installation in one day. He and his crew took the time to totally clean up all debris from our lawn, and Luis took the time to explain all the functions of the system before leaving. Luis, and all the crew with Aqua Irrigation are extremely competent, honest and professional. The new system works great, my lawn is starting to look like it should, and I no longer have to spend an entire day pulling a hose to numerous locations around the house to water my lawn. He listened to my thoughts about what I wanted in a sprinkler system. That night I had a contract in my e-mail. I returned said e-mail and hired him. A week later got it installed with in two days. They were also on time each day and cleaned up after themselves. Aqua Irrigation was not among the first names provided by Home Advisor so I'm glad I needed additional companies for bids. Extremely easy to work with, responsive to all emails and calls and questions. Crew was awesome, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and we are very pleased! Noticed significant leak in sprinkler main box at 12:50 pm. I was unable to shut off due to location of leak. Called HomeAdvisor at 12:55. Luis Gonzalez from Aqua Irrigation called me back within 10 minutes. Arrived at my home at 1:20. Had problem repaired and water back on at 2:05. Not sure anyone could beat that kind of service! Luis was very professional, courteous, and FAST! The price was very reasonable and much less than other competitors who began calling AFTER Luis had already finished the job! I had a big leak somewhere in the system and called Luis to check it out. He found and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently (replaced a bad valve). He also checked out the rest of the system and adjusted some of the heads that were off. Great customer service, professional attitude, quality service, and extraordinary price. Very refreshing. Luis was on time and stayed with the crew during the entire job. I had 11 zones installed in my front yard and can't wait until the grass recovers to see how the lawn will look.
